For our 1-to-1 sessions, not all clients stop after the first session — but most do. We provide check-in calls between sessions to ensure we resolve the underlying issues contributing to you smoking. In other clinics, you may stop after the first session for a period of time — but if the core, subconscious reason you smoke is not resolved, you are likely to smoke again, or replace smoking with another undesired habit. Our unique approach does not involve scripts or a one-size-fits-all method. You begin to focus on what you want, rather than focusing on the problem.
